Endangered Species and Wildlife Management
Sol conducts endangered species surveys, population monitoring, and habitat assessments; tracks activity patterns; and develops recovery and management plans. We conduct wildlife monitoring, management of hunting programs, and nuisance wildlife control. We prepare regulatory reports, as required, for compliance. We prepare educational and outreach materials and provide presentations to stakeholders.
Land and Aquatic Resources Management
Sol conducts timber assessments, prescribed burning, herbicide applications, reforestation, and native vegetation planting. We conduct aquatic resources assessments and provide and implement recommendations for water quality and habitat improvement, addition of aquatic species, and removal of invasive species.
CULTURAL RESOURCES
Surveys and Inspections
Sol conducts historic building surveys, archaeological surveys, historic context studies, routine inspections, and long-term monitoring of cultural sites. We assess and document newly identified archaeological components and features, collect GIS spatial data, create feature maps, and manage archival databases. We also support stakeholder involvement including Native American consultation support.
